We
will manage control system, instrumentation, commissioning &
qualification (C&Q) and computer system validation activities to
understand and anticipate the needs of our clients, including the
extended manufacturing family. On new projects, we will ensure that
the appropriate working groups, vendors and suppliers are involved
early so that both customer functional requirements and their overall
automation strategy is met.
Within
existing control system, instrumentation, commissionin &
qualification (C&Q) and computer system validation activities, we
will assume a proactive approach to maintenance and support of
automated systems and its validations. We will continually investigate
migration opportunities with respect to our clients’ system
integration, long term automation strategy and industry standard
solutions. In
order for both, our clients and PACIV, to achieve their maximum, we
will provide an environment where goals and expectations are clearly
stated, where people are properly trained and motivated and where
individual and group contributions are recognized. Finally,
we will provide support during any internal or external regulatory
inspections of any of our commissioning & qualification (C&Q)
and computerized system validation deliverables at no cost to our
client. Alliances... We
will invest resources and share information necessary to develop a
manageable number of external strategic business alliances. External
automation allies must have an understanding of our clients' business,
be responsive to our clients' custom requests, and be acknowledged as a
financially healthy, viable (long term), progressive, quality-focused
player in their business area, with current state-of-the art products
and services. We
believe that the lack of established alliances in the areas of control
systems, instrumentation, commissioning & qualification
(C&Q) and computer system validations results in individually
negotiated contracts and not on replicable long term business
objectives, expectations and goals. These individually negotiated
contracts result in duplicated efforts, disjointed relationships and
missed opportunities to advance technology and realize its financial
and strategic business benefits.
