Our Instrument department will author or revise all instrument and system specifications, get approval from client, expedite the purchasing, perform Receipt Verification (RV) and delivery to the project team under a control environment.
As a one-stop-shop, we can have a team fabricating the panels while another team is performing the control software programming.
We follow our internal software configuration quality process as well as panel testing activities to produce the following documents:
- Panel FAT’s
- Source Code Review
- Software Integration and Unit Level Testing (a.k.a. System FAT)
We have the equipment, procedures and resources to perform all needed system installation for conduit and wiring terminations, instruments, panels and the control system platform. We are able to reduce the cost of installation by having the right resources on the job.
We perform instrument calibration using our NIST traceable standards and as well can perform the overall system configuration.
At the same time we can assist entering Instrument Data into the site’s maintenance system.
We commission the system components individually and then as a whole for functional testing. Our commissioning activities are properly document and follow cGMP so it can be leveraged to minimize the validation effort.
Our resources work as a team to perform parallel testing activities, with the technical capability to correct any testing/punch list items. We will develop and execute the following testing documents:
- Instrumentation Commissioning (incl. loop checks)
- Automation Commissioning
- Control Platform Qualification
- Functional Testing
- SOP’s Testing
- Traceability Matrix/Final Reports
We will provide full customer support during the life of the system from emergency calls for system recovery to calibration services, preventive and corrective maintenance.
Execution of Periodic Reviews.
We can also execute small changes to existing control system platforms for process improvement projects.
Following retirement procedures we can ensure that the system retirement causes no disruption to the future business needs.
