Distributed Control Systems (DCS)

We provide the design, specifications, procurement, configuration, installation and commissioning for discrete, continuous and/or batch control using DeltaV or Foxboro I/A DCS systems. We can provide systems which are programmed utilizing the ANSI/ISA-88 (S88) batch control standard. We can also perform DCS retrofits, upgrades and any type of maintenance including adding process improvements and/or process equipment to an existing DCS installed base. This will provide you with the needed control system platform as per ANSI/ISA -95 (SP95) standards.

PLC Systems

We provide process control solutions with PLC systems that meet our client partners’ needs and budgets. We can handle most industry standard PLC’s whether it is through a new project or to provide an upgrade or maintenance to an existing PLC. We will help you develop your control platform as per ANSI/ISA-95 (SP95) standards.

SCADA/HMI Systems

In order to provide the needed operator, supervisory and data acquisition from your process, we can offer you a vast spectrum of Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) solutions. We also provide the historian, alarm management and reporting necessary for your process and enterprise. We will service most of the industry standard HMI/SCADA systems and provide you with the needed platform to take your system features to the next level as per ANSI/ISA-95 (S95) standard.

Instrumentation

PACIV can attend to any of your instrumentation needs from specification and procurement to conduit/wiring installation and field calibration for all type of process instrumentation technologies (“smart”, electronic and pneumatic). We are also certified in the control networks DeviceNet and FOUNDATION Fieldbus. Our instrumentation standards (traceable to NIST) cover all process variables such as temperature (including recorders, mapping), level, pressure, pH, flow, and conductivity.

Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q)/Validation

Our Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q) as well as Validation services cover all applicable services. From Risk-based Management process, consultancy and planning documents to development and execution of testing documentation (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, Unit Level testing (ULT), Integration Level testing (ILT), Functional Testing, traceability matrices, Test and Validation Reports), we develop all “maintenance SOP’s” such as Operation/Maintenance, Back-up, Disaster/Recovery Plan, Security, and Periodic Review. Our combination of technical knowledge and hands-on experience with FDA regulated control systems and instrumentation provides the most effective “right-sized” C&Q and Validation programs.

Control Panel Shop

Our panel fabrication services include all engineering design, layout and drawings, as well as procurement of all panel equipment, fabrication, check-out/testing and installation. Our panels can be designed as main control panels, marshalling panels or extended I/O panels to satisfy your project needs.
